Honey! WHERE is my Super Suit?!

A - What's the process for getting Certified?
  • Suit Up & Enlist: Secure your Certified Guide Program to join the League of Emotional Super Heroes.
  • Boot Camp Briefing: Complete the online training modules and worksheets to familiarize yourself with the material and master every superpower tool. This will give you an overview of each of the 10-week courses, as well as teaching tips to keep little superheroes-in-training engaged.
  • Identity Clearance: Submit your Hero Background Check to prove your secret-identity credentials.
  • Recruitment Rally: Utilize our marketing gadgets—and your own strategic flair—to rally a squad of young heroes for your class.
B - As you start gathering your heroes-in-training.
  • Fortify Your Base: Secure a training arena big enough for action-packed movement breaks and hero drills.
  • Set Your Rally Dates: Schedule your 10-week hero academy—one 90-minute class each week—and recruit a trusty sidekick (another adult) to ensure team safety.
  • Target Your Cadets: Call in recruits aged 6–12, then split squads by skill and maturity. We recommend advertising classes at schools, neighborhoods, or children's groups.
  • Customize Your Mission Plan: Scan the curriculum and choose the perfect activities and worksheets for your squad’s unique powers—then adapt your teaching style to fit their personalities. This should be an energetic, inclusive and conversation-provoking class.
  • Equip Your Team: Order Hero Kits from headquarters (our website) so every cadet has the tools they need.
  • Secure Parental Clearances: Gather parent info online for before/after mission surveys and training intel—plus collect signed waivers to authorize every hero-in-training.
  • Launch the Academy: Deploy your mission and guide your young heroes through each session!
  • Gather Intel & Debrief: After each mission, gather feedback from parents, keep them engaged in their hero’s journey, and equip them to reinforce skills at home.
  • Repeat for Glory: Refine your approach, call in new recruits, and run the academy again—each round sharpening your squad’s powers!
