Sarah

Sarah is a writer, mother of three, deep thinker, and kid-at-heart who believes play is serious business—and kids are usually capable of way more than we give them credit for.

After traveling the world for a year and a half with her three children, she came home with a deeper belief in what happens when we give kids connection, structure, the right tools—and enough room to discover just how capable they are.

With a degree in journalism and a minor in child development studies, Sarah has a habit of falling down research rabbit holes investigating how kids think, learn, and grow—and then turning what she finds into practical ideas families can actually use. At Emotional Super Powers, she leads creative vision, brand development, storytelling, and content. She's also a children's book author, who recently launched the first book in her new series.

At the heart of her work is a simple mission: to close the gap between the challenges kids face and the tools they have to navigate them. Our job isn't to clear every obstacle from our kids' path. It's to give them the love, boundaries, and tools to navigate it.

Because kids are capable of incredible things. Let's make sure they have the tools to discover it for themselves.
