Week 5: Live Zoom

Our Community Space: Safety in Connection

Welcome to Week 5. You have done the brave work of reclaiming your agency, regulating your nervous system, and building your protective gates. Now, we gather—not to be "checked on," but to be seen and supported.

We know that for many, entering a live group space can feel vulnerable. Whether you’ve dealt with the scrutiny of the system or the isolation of an abusive relationship, please know: This is a space where you are in total control of your presence.

The Heart of Week 5: Shared RestorationThis live session is the "Restoration Circle." It is a chance to breathe together and realize that while our stories are unique, we are not alone in our strength. We aren’t here to "perform" motherhood; we are here to honor the women we are becoming.

Your Participation, Your Choice (The Safety Guidelines)
To ensure this feels like a Safe Harbor for everyone, we honor these trauma-informed "soft rules":
  • Camera On or Off: You are welcome to keep your camera off if that feels safer for you today. Your presence is valued either way.
  • The Right to Pass: If we move into a group discussion, you always have the right to simply listen. "Passing" is a powerful act of agency.
  • Creating Your Safe Space: Before logging on, we invite you to have a "Safety Anchor" nearby—a warm cup of tea, a soft blanket, or a calming scent.
  • Confidentiality: What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. We protect each other’s stories as fiercely as we protect our own.
The Week 5 Lesson: Integrating the Power
During our time together, we will briefly touch on:
  1. The Survival Compass: How to look back at the last four weeks and see the progress your nervous system has made.
  2. The Sustainable Path: How to keep your "Protective Gates" strong as you move forward.
  3. Celebrating the Gold: A final moment to acknowledge the "Whole Woman" you are uncovering.

Don't Hang Up Your

Cape Quite Yet

Just because our class has ended doesn't mean the connection has to. We all know Monday mornings hit hard, and sometimes you just need a reminder that you aren't crazy and you're doing a good job.

If you aren't already receiving our free weekly encouragement texts, I’d love for you to officially join The Mom Squad.
It’s a quick little ping on your phone every Monday morning—a sanity check, a laugh, or a dose of inspiration to help you start the week with your cape on straight. It’s the best way to keep this momentum going long-term.
